No. Neways is a network marketing company that distributes products through a network of distributors throughout the world. Because of this, our products are not sold through retail stores.

I am from outside the United States - Can I order products in the United States while I am visiting?
Yes, just call U.S. order entry at 1-800-998-7232. You will need to give us your full name and your distributor identification number from your home country. We will also need to know what country you are a distributor in, the U.S. address you want the order shipped to, and your credit card number and expiration date and we will then ship your order. Exception: distributors from Israel need to order through the Israeli office.

Do you have samples or trial sizes of your products?
Availability of all of the following may vary based on country and region. Neways offers samples of four different Neways products - Ultrashine Radiance Toothpaste, Ultimate Shampoo, Exuberance Conditioner, and Ultra Hold Sculpting Gel - exclusively through our Independent Distributor. Email for information. Small trial sized products of many hair care and skin care products in 50ml (approx. 2 oz.) containers are available for purchase. A selection of these small sizes are collected in a convenient travel pack, an ideal "trial pack" to give to prospective customers.

Will your nutritional products interact with any of the medications which my doctor has prescribed for me?
Neways International's nutritional products are dietary supplements only, and are not intended to replace any treatment prescribed by a qualified health care provider. As such, any time you are considering the use of a dietary supplement with an OTC or prescription drug, we suggest you consult with your health care provider before doing so. A registered pharmacist can also advise you more specifically in regards to potential interactions with drugs and other nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.

Are Neways' products approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)?
In the United States, the FDA does not "approve" (implying endorsement) dietary supplements. They approve certain ingredients for specific uses (for example sucralose is approved for use as a sweetener). Most herbal ingredients fall under the GRAS classification (Generally Recognized As Safe) which the FDA allows to be sold as dietary supplements as long as they are still deemed safe by the FDA. Under DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health Education Act) of 1994 the responsibility to prove safety and effectiveness of these products lies with the FDA. To this end, the FDA does evaluate ingredient and product safety by tracking reports of adverse events, among other regulations including label format requirements (print has to be so large, vitamins and minerals have to be listed in a certain order), as well as restrictions on claims and published literature, (whether or not they include testimonials). These cannot claim that the products treat, cure or prevent any disease, and all promotional literature must use standard disclaimers (such as "results not typical") when used to sell a product.
